After analyzing the interaction between an intense linearly polarized microwave (MW) field weaker than atomic field with a dilute gas, the production of plasma is studied.Considering interaction between high frequency electric field with produced plasma the dispersion relation investigated for plasma. The parametric instability studied for produced plasma when the instability frequency higher than ion plasma frequency. Calculation show the harmonic oscillation generated in produced plasma.
