摘要

The strength of the electric field, electrode fall voltage, light emission and light efficiencyof an (Ar + H2O) DC discharge as functions of water vapor content, argon pressure andelectric current are presented. Obtained data make it possible to conclude that the lightefficiency of the plasma under study can reach 30-40 Lum/Wt.
