To achieve suitable conditions for generating and observing plasma at over-atmospheric pressureswe constructed a specially adapted reactor. Plasma was generated between two parallel electrodescovered by dielectrics at pressures form 0.8 atm. To 2 atm. In high purity nitrogen. Spectrumacquisition was made in range 620-950nm. We detected spectrum of '1 st positive (1.PS)' and'Herman-infrared (HIR)'. We were able to follow the vibrational population evolution withpressure of both systems and estimate their ground vibrational states concentration ratio. We finda maximum for HIR transition at 120kPa.
