Feasibility use of microplasma for ozone production has been investigated. Two differentconfigurations of microplasma devices have been considered: atmospheric pressure micro-hollowdischarge (MHD) and capillary plasma electrode discharge (CPED). Modelling of ozoneformation and input energy distribution in microplasma devices have been performed andevaluated. Preliminary experiments confirm suggestion that microplasma devices may be used forimproving the ozone concentration (g/Nm 3 ) and ozone yield (g/kWh) in pure oxygen and dry air,respectively.
