Based on the claims of the US Basic patents number5,084,232; 5,848,377 and 6,430,516 that can beobtained from typing the Patent Numbers into the Box ofthe Websiteand their associated published technical papers havingbeen presented and published at InternationalConferences in the last three years and that all thesehad been sent into US-NRC by E-mail on March 26,2003 at 2:46 PM., three fundamental challengingproblems for developing new nuclear safety standardcomputer codes had been presented at the US-NRCRIC2003 Session W4. 2:15-3:15 PM. At the WashingtonD.C. Capital Hilton Hotel, Presidential Ballroom on April16, 2003 in front of more than 800 nuclear professionalsfrom many countries worldwide. The objective and scope of this paper is to invite all nuclear professionalsto examine and evaluate all the current computer codesbeing used in their own countries by means ofcomparison of numerical data from these three specificopenly challenging fundamental problems in order to setup a global safety standard for all nuclear power plantsin the world.
