摘要

A simple printed monopole antenna for LTE/WLAN smartphone applications with the size of 77mm×7mm×7mm is proposed in this letter. The proposed antenna consists of a metal rim, a ground, a feeding branch, a branch connected with the ground and the metal rim, and a matching circuit. From the simulated results, the -6 dB impedance bandwidths of proposed antenna can cover the LTE700, GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800, GSM1900, UMTS, LTE2300, and LTE2500 bands (698-960MHz and 1710-1690MHz). The simulated radiation patterns, gains, and efficiencies are presented.
