摘要

Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) and Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide (HMSIW) have been widely used for its advantages of low loss, high quality factor, high power capacity and small size in comparison with the traditional rectangular waveguide. Based on S-Shaped Complementary Split-ring Resonators (S-CSRR), a reconfigurable filter loaded varactors is proposed in this paper. By adjusting the junction capacitance of the varactors loaded in the resonators, the equivalent electric length is changed accordingly so that the resonant frequency of the proposed filter can be adjusted. The proposed reconfigurable bandpass filter has compact structure and simple feeding network with a tuning range of 2-2.7GHz, therefore it can be well applied to the systems of wireless communication.
