A Novel Compact Wide-Band Dual-Mode Bandpass Filter with Slotline Resonator

摘要

A novel compact wide-band dual-mode bandpass filter is proposed, which composed of a slotline resonator and one pair of coplanar waveguide (CPW) feeding lines. Owing to the slotline resonator with the CPW feeding structure, the 3-dB operating frequency of the presented filter covers from 2.7GHz to 3.4GHz (f0 @3.05GHz) and the corresponding fractional bandwidth (FBW) can reach to 22.5%, which could be appropriately applied to broadband communications. The design parameters of the proposed bandpass filter are given and the simulated results are presented with good expectations.
