High-Performance and Low-Cost L-Band T/R Module for Space Application

摘要

A design of space using L-band T/R module was introduced. GaN amplifier was used to improve the module's performance. The multilayer boards were used to replace LTCC boards to lower the cost of T/R module. And the cavity structures were modified to improve the working reliability. The fabricated T/R module was tested in different working temperatures.
