The WSN means Wireless Sensor Network is merely group of sensor devices. The nodes in WSN are randomly deployed; the network topology is changing frequently. And hence it become the very difficult to localize the wireless sensor nodes in network during emergency communications. There some previous routing method did work on efficient routing using the optimization techniques like Ant Been Colony (ABC), ACO that is Ant Colony Optimization, HBO that is Honey Bee Optimization, however they failed to satisfy the WSN requirements such as energy efficiency and monitor the performance of network under the different network conditions (stationary and mobile). This can be possible with inclusion of node localization based routing in WSNs. In the given paper, we proposed novel routing protocol which is mainly based on existing IECBR (Improved Energy Efficient Chain Based Routing). For optimum node selection operation IECBR uses the HBO method. To improve performance of HBO based IECBR, we modified HBO approach with autonomous localization based eligible energetic selection algorithm which confirm that nodes in the network are not empty out of the energy beyond their threshold, because the load is distribute with distinct nodes, whilst the strength of a node in the shortest path has reached its threshold. This new routing protocol is named as Modified H-IECBR (MH-IECBR). The simulation results shows that proposed MH-IECBR improves the network lifetime performance as compared to state-of-art methods.
