In this paper, the cancellation-free technique for transfer function calculation of switched-capacitor (SC) circuits is presented. The proposed analysis technique is based on Generalized Parameter Extraction Method (GPEM). It is shown that network function of SC circuit consists of equal summands with opposite signs. The cancellation terms correspond to determinants of the circuit with singular network elements - norator or nullator. In contrast to matrix-based approaches, the proposed technique provides the direct calculation of cancellation-free network function without symbolic expression simplification. The illustrative example of analysis of the Fleischer-Laker biquad circuit is given.
