Seen from the function levels, enterprise value chain has industry-trade chain, enterprise chain and work chain three different levels. Constructing enterprise value chain on the industry-trade level, can make MIS have the ability to integrate exterior resource, make the enterprise in the most valuable industry tache. Using Michael Porter's basic value chain to analyze enterprise, can ground for building the new inner MIS process. And the enterprise's basic work chain is the cutting-in point and the breakthrough of MIS building and exploitation is the window of rapid exhibiting the MIS efficiency.
