Study of Small and Medium-sized Hydropower Enterprise Management Model Based on the Theory of TPM--Centralized Control Model

At present, there are a lot of defects in the management of Chinese hydropower enterprise (a clear division of work, complex institutions, many staff, etc.). These defects bring a lot of obstacles to the further development of the entire industry, which makes it urgent for improving the current situation of Chinese hydropower industry. In order to find a new model to promote the economic development of hydropower industry, it is necessary to introduce some world advanced management methods, then absorb and localize them, and creatively find a way to identify a small and medium-sized hydropower enterprise management model with Chinese characteristics. TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) concerned about equipment and staff, is an effective advanced management method, which has been proven in practice. Currently, the number of Chinese hydropower enterprises in the introduction of site management of the TPM concept is still relatively small. Therefore how to enhance the comprehensive utilization of equipment, rational organizations, the streamlining of agencies, and to develop a set of Chinese small and medium-sized hydropower enterprises operating model (Centralized Control Model) are the focus of this paper.
