Sport video analysis is an active research area in computer vision. For analyzing sport plays, we need a dataset, which support all the motion and rules of play not just limited to a special motion. In this paper, we go through a collection of data of volleyball play, which called it PVD, and we have a comparison between more than 20 dataset of sport images and videos. These datasets are just about a special motion of a player like as spiking in volleyball, and there aren't comprehensive collections of play motions. These motions are studied in controlled environment and without occlusion. The presented dataset is prepared in complicated background and the frequent occurrence of occlusion in different sport gyms. This dataset includes more than 30 video sequences of complete volleyball plays with dynamic and static camera and in different viewpoints and conditions.
