摘要

Line laser based vision system for an inspection of a small adhesive bead is introduced. To measure the height and width of a small adhesive bead, a robust vision software is proposed. To reduce a wide laser beam influence, a noise is re reduced and a center line is extracted. For finding the best-fitting line and curve from a set of center points, RANSAC (RANdom SAmple Consensus) algorithm is used. To calculate the width and height of the adhesive bead, feature points are extracted.
