摘要

The challenges faced by solar systems meant for rural home require low component costs and count, high efficiency and safety of the batteries used in the systems. This Paper discusses a simple configuration for constant current PWM LED driver. The three requirements of cost, efficiency, and safety are achieved by the simple gate FET driver circuit which uses commonly available components. Efficiencies of over 90% were noted during testing.
