The study of load distribution in the CHP system and the unit characteristics and control is the key to improving the reliability of the CHP production system and increasing the reliability of the system. In this paper, we first study the commonly used thermal load distribution optimization method for heating units. The premise of optimized load distribution is the complete understanding of the unit characteristics. Therefore, the characteristics of the researched unit must be carefully analyzed. At present, common cogeneration units mainly include back pressure units, single-extraction units, and double-extraction units. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the above three types of units, and finally studies a co-generation unit that can cope with pure coagulation. Coordinated control system for two conditions of heating for improved design.
