摘要

In this paper, the nozzle ablation law and formation principle are studied through ablation experiment and clogging experiment of nozzle, which is done during interrupting process of SF_6 circuit breaker. An equation of nozzle ablation quantity and interrupting current is given by means of experimental research a self-made SF_6 breaker model. Given the arcing time with small variation, it is tested under different currents by using oscillation circuit experiment method. The ablation curve is sectional. In order to analyze this property, the nozzle clogging experiment is implemented. So the sectional rule of ablation curve can be found on the basis of the experiment result analysis.
