The main interactions of the discharge forming time in pulse hydrogen thyratrons of the TGI 2-500/20-type having the current value of the auxiliary discharge, hydrogen pressure and the parameters of the outer electrical circuit are defined. Rising rates of the anode current up to 7~*10~10A~*c~-1 are obtained. High-volted pulse generators with the current amplitude up to 10 kA, current duration of 100 ns and mean switching power up to 15 kw for pumping of TEA-lasers having the pulse repetition rate up to 5 kHz are created.
