For the energy bottleneck introduced by the randomness of relay node energy collection in wireless energy harvesting cooperative communication system, a relay selection method considering the energy consumption fairness (RS-ECF) of relay nodes was proposed. In the method, the energy consumption ratio of each relay node is maintained equal, thereby determining the transmission power of the relay node. The simulation results show that the proposed method can not only improve the average channel capacity of the system, but also improve the energy utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, the relay power is also determined by the relay selection, which can save the computing resources of the system.
