Study on the Evaluation and Control of Financial Risk in Chinese Steel Enterprises

The steel industry is an important industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood. However, it is showing a downward trend in recent years. The problem of financial risks concerns corporate survival and development. So how to evaluate the financial risk and control and manage the risk effectively is a problem that need to be solved urgently. This article takes 29 listed steel companies in China as research objects to design the risk assessment index system, then we use the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate the financial risk of the steel industry listed companies. Finally, we put forward relevant suggestions on various types of financial risk management and control.
