The demand of efficient computing is increasing day-by-day. Moreover, the computation is also getting more complex even in routine applications. In this context, cloud computing provides hardware and software infrastructure that is able to deal with complex computational problems by shareable resources. In the presented work, the two methods of resource scheduling namely, time shared and space shared are investigated. The objective is to find the improved extendable technique for resource scheduling. Both these approaches are implemented and comparative study of their performance is presented. The comparative experimental performance study of both the approaches demonstrate the space shared technique for cloud resource scheduling is much beneficial as compared to the time shared technique.
