A Cognitive Study of Tibetan Language Lhasa Speech Rhythm Based on Titers Valuation of Emotional Words

This paper is based on the ERP technology to study the emotional rhythm cognition mechanism of Tibetan Lhasa dialect in emotional lexical titers assessment. It was found that in the 250ms-350ms phase, the titers mismatch stimulus pairs versus the titers matched stimulus pairs induced a more negative N300. This double-sided N300 effect changed with rhythm titers. The 350ms-550ms time window, emotional rhythm and lexical titers mismatched stimulus pairs versus titers matched stimulus pairs induced a more negative N400, manifested as a double-sided effect across the entire scalp distribution. In the middle and later stages, the left hemisphere also incorporates the process of cognitive processing in which emotional rhythm regulates the meaning of emotional words, indicating that cognitive processing of emotional rhythms is also a perception model including several subsystems in space.
