Evolutional Motivity of Enterprise-level Project Management Mechanism System in Building Construction Enterprise

Based on systems theory and dialectic materialism theory, Evolutional motivity of Enterprise-level Project Management Mechanism (EPMM) system in Building Construction Enterprise (BCE) is discussed. Firstly, constituent elements, structure, and evolution of EPMM system are introduced. Variable space of EPMM system is put forward. Secondly, the relationship between managerial staffs of EPMM system is discussed to explore the internal evolutional motivity of EPMM system in building construction enterprise. Thirdly, interaction of EPMM system and environment system is discussed to explore the external evolutional motivity of EPMM system in building construction enterprise. The conclusion is drawn that competition and cooperation between enterprise level functional managers and project level managers are the internal evolutional motivity, and the interaction of EPMM system and environment system is the external evolutional motivity of EPMM system in building construction enterprise.
