The Design for the Management System of the City Construction Project Risk Based on GIS

In view of the risk characteristics of city construction projects, the management system of city construction project risk has been set up based on GIS. And it takes the real estate projects in Dalian as a case. The system provides the user with interface operation through the human-machine interaction, of which the multimedia presentation can be integrated by the system: images, forms, text, etc. Therefore the system can reflect the information of construction project risk visually and dynamically. The system main functions are risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring and risk decision-making.
