Optimization in Construction E-bidding System Design

摘要

Great advances of network IT has brought a lot of opportunities to develop bidding practice of construction projects, improve the efficiency and reduce the project costs greatly. In the point of optimization, some further research has been done in this paper on the development and implementation of the construction network bidding system, and a new implementation program is proposed, as well as an innovative e-bidding platform.
