Study on Early Warning System of Risks for Construction Projects

摘要

It is an important task to identify and control risks because of many uncertainties taken place in a construction project. This paper presents an early warning system of risks for construction projects. An index system is proposed to identify risks. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to calculate the weights of index. A fuzzy model is presented to evaluate risks in construction projects. A threshold is proposed to control risks. This will supply an effective approach to predict and control risks in construction projects as early as possible.
