Research on the System of Real Estate Appraisal Based on GIS

摘要

With the development of the real estate market, traditional appraising methods can not meet the need of up to date market .Focusing on characteristics and problems in current real estate appraisal, this paper probed into the feasibility and necessity of establishing real estate appraising system. The paper researched into the system of real estate appraisal based on Geographical Information System (GIS) and probed into the method of realizing the system design. This system can make full use of date management and special analysis in GIS and provide a new technique and means for real estate appraisal
