Countryside road plays an important role in economy development of rural, it's related with the agriculture progress and farmers' income. So setting up a new operational mechanism has very important strategic and actual significance for the settlement to the 'three agricultural' problems, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. Since long time ago, the maintenance and management of countryside road in our country has been ignored for all sorts of reasons, which can be showed as: the responsibilities are not clear, there are not enough foundations, which low professional degree and so on. All the above severely obstacles the more quickly development of countryside economic and the construction of 'new village'. The special research analyzes drawbacks of nowadays countryside road maintenance and management patterns. Expecting setting-up efficient operational mechanism of countryside road to solve 'hard to construct roan, harder to maintenance and management'. The concrete methods include: (1) Clearly defining maintenance and management subject. (2) Implementing maintenance and management funds. (3) Cutting maintenance and management cost. (4) Establishing market-oriented operating system. (5) Using estate management operation pattern as reference and setting up professional maintenance company.
