摘要

This paper tries to disclose the relations between Regional Differences and Selling Price of House in China. The paper takes transactions price indices of land, renting price indices of houses and per capita gross regional product as regional deterministic differences and applies the fixed effects and variable intercept model to analyze the impacts of regional deterministic differences which are denoted by transactions price indices of land, renting price indices of houses and per capita gross regional product and uncertainty differences on selling price of house in China with Chinese 34 cities' panel data from 1999 to 2006. Analysis shows that there are significant effects of transactions price indices of land, renting price indices of houses and per capita gross regional product on price of house in Chinese 34 cities and also shows the more developed economy is, the larger impact the regional uncertainty differences on selling price of house is .The analysis also further illuminates that fluctuating of price of house is relation to whole level of regional development.
