Risk Factors and Strategy Analysis on the Development of Economically Affordable Housing Based on AHP

Development of Economically Affordable Housing project is subject to many risks which will lead to great loss to developers and even result in their bankruptcy in the case of insufficient understanding of these risks. Therefore, developers should improve their ability to identify the risks and enhance their own competition powers. From the view of developers, this paper analyzes main risks in the development of Economically Affordable Housing, modeling them by AHP, calculate weight coefficients of each risk in Economically Affordable Housing development referring to experts for data, and then sort these risks according to weight coefficients, which could be a quantitative basis for the developers to realize risks and play an active role in the identification of risks in Economically Affordable Housing development project.
