Existing Problems and Countermeasure Research on Small and Medium Size Dwelling House Construction

This paper is written under the new situation of issuing and implementation 'national six items' which indicates the small and medium size dwelling house will definitely occupy a majority of the dwelling house construction during the development of real estate industry. It analyses the infections of this macro policy to real estate industry, investors and consumers. Meanwhile, pointing out the problems existing in this industry. According to these two aspects, it puts forward the countermeasures of this policy, which aims at maximizing positive effects of 'national six items' to rationalize small and medium size dwelling house construction. By doing like this, can small and medium size dwelling house satisfy all circles most and avoid forming the construction garbage.
