Study on Assessment of Urban Land Saving and Intensive Use Potential

摘要

Land saving and intensive use is the core of urban land management. Based on the connotation of land saving and intensive use, combining theory with the practical process of urban land utilization potential assessment, this paper analyzes current condition of land utilization potential in China, and introduces the construction of assessment index system of urban land utilization potential. Firstly the assessment index is chosen in the view of three aspects including input intensity, utilization extent and utilization efficiency of land. Secondly Coupling Comparison of Factors is adopted to decide the assessment criteria, overall assessment model of intensive land utilization is built and overall value of the assessment area is calculated. Finally the degree of Land intensive use is classified according to the calculated value and practical situation. In a word, This research will provide scientific foundation for realization of land saving and intensive use.
