That Regulations for renewal of land-use rights were made by 'Ownership law',has a tremendous impact for Land intrinsic value of residual lise expectancy,in particular for Land compenstion price of residual life expectancy for Urban Building Removal,There is a problem crying out for solutions in the sphere of removal compensation,The price should be fixed by land assessment,and in order to ensure that economic interests of residents,groups,developers,relations and the govemment were protected,specifie land assessment should be based on location,land use and land environmental quality etc ,to be evaluated.
