An Entropy-weighted TOPSIS Based Evaluation Model for Real Estate Investment Items

It is very important for real estate enterprises to select the optimal investment item scheme under limited capital resources. However, it is generally a very complex problem with many factors. In this paper, a novel evaluation model based on entropyweighted TOPSIS for real estate investment items is developed, in which entropy method is used to obtain the weights of the criteria. At last, an example is illustrated to testify the efficiently and practicability of this method.
