摘要

The traditional real asset appraisal methods are certain methods because of its hypothesis, valuation model and parameter selection feature, thus appraisal result is generally expressed by a single value. My paper, on the basement of analysis on uncertain figures in appraisal, put forward to a gray incidence appraisal method that based on price interval notion and TOPSIS to apply to the background of the requirement of computing comparable asset prices that expressed by price interval, as well as the demand for price interval by different benefit parties.
