摘要

This study focuses on real estate financing and channels which serve as research subjects, and it regards the asset securitization of the real estate or real estate debt as a major exposition. In this paper process, the author of the paper firstly gives a brief introduction to the concept and type of asset securitization, then analyses and comprises different ways and channels of real estate or real estate debt securities to introduce the characteristics and potential risks of the types of financing to the readers. In the paper, the author takes the first single instances of Mortgage-Backed Securities as a more detailed description and analysis. Finally, the author discussed with the status of the Chinese growing real estate market and the development of financial markets to put out his views and suggestions about the future of China's fixed assets in real estate securities and other similar trends in the development and direction.
