The rapidly growth and high profit in China's real estate market attract a lot of oversea capital flowing into China in recent years. Many foreign capitals enter China real estate market by various means. The entering of foreign capital can promote real estate market to some extent, but it also brings about some problems. It has become key issue that how to avoid the negative effect and ensure to use foreign funds effectively. This article studies relationship between financial policy adjustment and foreign investment into real estate market after China joining WTO. It discusses the ways, causes and influence of foreign property investment in China. Compare with the successful experience of other countries, the author point out that government should strengthen financial supervision, promote system reform and firms reconstruction, and raise the intermediates service level and corporate with foreigner in the fields such as architecture design and real estate management.
