Research on Emphatic Problems and Tactics pf Contractors' Claim Management

摘要

Construction claim is an important work and also a weak link in the process of construction projects management. Successful claim has very important significance for improving the level of projects management and increasing the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper firstly introduces the connotation of construction claim briefly, and then analyzes the emphatic problems of projects claim management at present on the basis of summarizing the interrelated domestic and overseas literature about claim, such as the dynamic analysis of contracts, the seeking of claim chances and the calculation of claim value. Finally we put forward some tactics of contractors' claim management.
