摘要

Human resource management of real estate enterprise is that enterprises prop up and ensure the realization of the company management strategy plan by a series of human resource management activities. Under prompt development of knowledge-base economy in the nowadays background, human resource management and the relevant tax revenue problem are the problems that every enterprise may confront with. In this paper, human resource management and tax design are researched on the base of the analysis of strategy human resource characteristics of real estate enterprise. And then, the tax plan of salary payment design of real estate enterprise human resource management is discussed, so that human resource management of enterprise is standardized, and tax risk is averted, and then after-tax profit is enhanced.
