Discussion on the Financing Strategy of the Real Estate Companies Under the new circumstances

With more and more strict macroeconomic regulation and supervision of the government to the real estate industry, the living environment of the real estate companies becomes more and more cruel. This paper analyses the serious financing situations under the new circumstances and propose some corresponding solutions and suggestions on financing strategies to the real estate companies.
