Research on Real Estate Bubble and Financial Crisis in China

Real estate in a country has played a very important role in economics. In recent years Chinese real estate is overheated. Therefore, the real estate bubble has been gradually taking shape. Once the real estate bubble forming, it can easily lead to financial crisis. This article at first makes great investigation and analysis in the characters of real estate bubble and financial crisis in recent years especially emerging country just like China. And then use a theoretical framework for bubble to establish a model to measure Chinese real estate bubble aiming at whether leading to financial crisis. In the last section, some political suggestions aiming at inhibiting the formation of the real estate bubble to prevent the occurrence of financial crisis.
