The research on the theory of psychology contract has been popular in the field of management in western world recently. Meanwhile management communication has become more and more important in modern enterprise management. However, the research of communication management of companies is very limited base on the theory of psychology contract that introduced by the companies and the academia in the culture and the development of the economy of P.R.China. First of all, the concepts of psychology contract and communication management are introduced in this paper. The relationship between them is analyzed afterwards. The application of the theory of psychology contract in the process of the enterprise management is discussed base on the communication management of real estate enterprises. In this paper, a new model which is a four-dimensional construction of communication management of real estate industry: Organization culture-Human relationship-Personal development-Performance evaluation is established and brought forward by the authors base on the theory of psychology contract.
