Study on Relevance Between Real Estate Format Structure and Average Asset Profit Rate

摘要

Format structure is mainly used to describe format situation under some specific environment. The essence of a good or bad structure is an equilibrium problem. An evaluation criterion of format structure is set up according to the equilibrium theory to analyze empirically the relevance between real estate format structure and average profit rate in China, and analyze positively the equilibrium theory of format structure. The aim of enhancing the competence of real estate industry in a region is reached through figuring out the correlation coefficient to judge its real estate format structure and adjusting its format structure reasonably.
