Analysis of the FIDIC Contract Applied in Our Hydropower Project

Concentrating on the risk sharing, the unit price of contract and contract variation, the claims of contract variation and the status of engineer, this article analyzes the feature of FIDIC contract, according to actual condition of our hydropower project, then brings in the method of making the unit price of contract and contract variation and the solution of contract variation claims.
