PPP in Construction of Urban Rail Traffic in China

摘要

Construction of the Urban Rail Traffic is a significant emphasis in the development of municipal infrastructure. At present, the Urban Rail Traffic in the big cities is badly needed, but the large lack of capital greatly limits its development. Application of PPP to the Urban Rail Traffic can not only ensure the return of private capital investment to some degree, but also relieve the burden and risk of the governmental investment. This paper analyzes objects and realizes approach of the PPP applied in the Urban Rail Traffic projects. And then bring forward the suitable PPP model in construction of the Urban Rail Traffic in China and point out some problems which need to be paid attention in the process of implementation.
