A Weight Determination Method of Evaluation Index of Knowledge Capital in Construction Supply Chain

In the era of knowledge economy, the function of knowledge capital (KC ) is very important in modern construction supply chain (CSC). In order to effectively manage KC and raise its value, the accurate evaluation of the knowledge capital is the essential prerequisite. Due to the uncertainty, intangibility and much qualitative composition, the evaluation of KC is dramatically hard. Especially, the determination of weights usually adopts subjective weighting method and has strong subjectivity and bad effect. This paper introduces a method of determining weights of the indices based on factor analysis (FA). It can objectively determine the weights. At last, through calculation and analysis a specific case to prove the feasibility of this method.
