摘要

Real estate investment is a project full of high profits and risks. It is characterized by large scale of investment, long periods of development, unsure factors and high risks etc. Decision-making phase becomes the primary part of this activity, among which the key process is the scientific evaluation of the investment risk. The process quality will directly decide whether it's scientific, and the final realization of investment goal. Therefore, scientific evaluation methods are of vital importance to judge the investment risks of the project. The paper, applies BP neural network model enjoying the advantages of convenience, objectiveness, nonlinear dealing power, and slight errors, to the risk evaluation of decision-making phase, which would make it more accurate to judge the risks degree of investment item and improve the decision-making scientifically, thus achieve the aim of decreasing risks efficiently. It demonstrates the method mentioned above by real cases of applying.
