Research of the Application of Maturity Model in Construction Project Quality Management

摘要

Nowadays many construction enterprises use ISO 9001 quality system to insure the buildings' quality. But there are many disadvantages in using it such as the singleness of the estimate result, it didn't point the management level of the enterprise and so on. After summarizing some maturity models this paper provides Construction Project Quality Management Maturity Model in order to deals with the using disadvantages. The model indicates the idea, components and estimate method of the model. This paper aims at promoting the level of quality management and will also make the base for the further researching.
