摘要

Carrying on control to the quality, the cost and the schedule is the main work, target of the modern project management. Among them, the quantity is the most basic request of a project management, which is generally set according to the project target, and the cost and the schedule are the two aspects which can be operated in a specific way in project management. So the main mission of the modern project management is to look for a superior solution of the cost and the schedule under the condition of guaranteeing the quantity. This paper combines the Critical Path Method (CPM) and technique of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and carries on the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to the critical path, in order to attain the purpose of integrated control of the project cost and schedule.
